Michael knows the Summit County real estate market and how to prepare properties for sale. Prior to listing our unit, Michael advised us to have the unit inspected and complete any suggested repairs. This advice was very good in that it allowed buyers to be comfortable there wouldn't be any unexpected issues with the unit. Michael has good relationships with local contractors which was very helping in getting pre listing repairs completed quickly and at a reasonable price. In summary, having bought and sold multiple properties over the years, our experience with Michael as our realtor was excellent.

He took the time with me necessary to help me understand the Keystone market and in the end we bought a property I had not seen based on his recommendation. Fast forward years later and again, we purchased, sight unseen based on his recommendation. My husband and I would never buy or sell within Keystone or Summit County without Michael and Susan Lytle.
